minor disappointments at a high price
incorrect omelet slow coffee service
The breakfast service was inconsistent. my omelet order was incorrect on two separate mornings. This required it to be sent back. also, the in-room coffee service was slow. It took over an hour to arrive one morning and was lukewarm when it did. i found this unacceptable given the premium charged.
